Courtyard by Marriott Barceló Crestline Corporation

Scope Nationwide 2009 - 7 Projects Gen1 Properties * Bellevue, WA (softgoods)  * Brookfield, WI  * Chattanooga, TN *  Dallas, TX * Newark, DE (softgoods) * Raleigh-Durham, NC * Williamsburg, VA

For each property the renovation will consist of an owner semi-customized brand specified hardgoods (except where indicated above) design package for the existing guestrooms & suites (a total of approximately 1000 guestrooms & suites).  On the public space side, the focus will be on the implementation of the Courtyard Refreshing Business Program.  This new concept will completely transform the main public space in each of these hotels including some limited exterior landscaping.  The renovations will also consist of a brand specified design package for other existing public spaces including: guest corridors, exercise rooms, meeting rooms, public restrooms, guest laundry rooms, elevators, administrative offices and employee break areas

Some of the challenges involve the renovation of several hotels in multiple locations and early adoption of new MI design of public spaces.  Minimizing the renovation’s impact on guests and staff as all hotels must remain operational during renovation

Benefits to Client

The renovations allow the owner to redefine the brand for today’s business traveler, maintain market share and maintain brand standards

$21,000,000 (estimated)
