Scope

The scope of work involved the remodeling of the 17,500 square foot Grand Ballrooms (Level Two) and the 8,200 square foot Junior Ballroom (Level One). Work included replacement of all finishes including carpet, paint, all upholstery & case goods, art work, rehabilitation of operable partitions, vinyl wall covering, new suspended decorative lighting and associated electrical/dimming work.
