Scope    New (1) Adult / Kid / Baby Format

Construction management of 8500 SF new store build-out / improvements including POG wall, display windows, fitting rooms, wood & tile floor installation and lighting.  ZWA provided: Feasibility cost / budget studies,  Lease Exhibit Negotiations with Landlord representatives, base building drawing development and coordination to meet Banana Republic brand requirements, project development / management, drawing review, bidding and contract negotiations and field supervision.

Construction management of 4600 – 12,400SF closed store renovations including wood floor installation, cash wrap installation, display windows, POG walls, fitting rooms, entry doors / hardware, entry surround and lighting.  ZWA provided: feasibility cost / budget studies, project development / management, drawing / scope review, bidding and contract negotiation, phasing plans and coordination.

Achieving a high level of quality and detail in an existing environment.

Scope    Temporary (2)

Construction management of 4600 – 10,000 SF brand appropriate temporary stores with services including: feasibility cost / budget studies, project development / management (schedule, consultants), drawing / scope review, bidding and contract negotiation.

Challenges

Getting a brand appropriate feel given existing conditions and a minimal budget in a short period of time while scheduling coordination with renovation.

Benefits to Client

ZWA provided an understanding of design intent resulting in a successful temporary store with minimal design documentation.  Experience with building department / code requirements minimized approval time and project managers were quick to solve problems in the field.

Construction costs from $42,000 - $65,000 based upon scope
